Holy Present: A Sacred Pause in Tulum · January 31–February 4, 2027
What's Included
Lodging, all meals, classes & excursions, sound bath, roundtrip airport transfer to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN), and most gratuities.
What's Not Included
Flights, passport fees (if applicable), optional spa treatments and associated gratuities, housekeeping tips.
Payment
A $500 deposit is due at registration to hold your spot. The remaining balance is paid in two installments:
1st installment (50% of remaining balance): due October 5, 2026
Final balance: due December 15, 2026
If your final balance is not received by December 15, 2026, your registration will be automatically canceled and the cancellation terms below will apply.
Accommodations
Pricing reflects the occupancy type (double or single) you select at registration. We will honor rooming requests and will do our best to match roommates as needed.
Cancellation by Traveler
Any cancellation from the day of registration through October 4, 2026 will be charged a $250 non-refundable administrative fee.
October 5, 2026 – December 14, 2026: The $500 deposit and first installment payment are non-refundable. The first installment payment will be returned if you are able to find someone to take your place.
On or after December 15, 2026: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation/Rescheduling by Find Your Spark LLC
Your safety is our first priority, and our goal is to provide a safe and memorable experience. Find Your Spark LLC will not cancel a trip that is fully subscribed. However, circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to acts of God; war (declared or undeclared); pandemics or epidemics; natural disasters; air, water, or other pollution or contamination; civil disorder or unrest; acts or prohibitions by any government or public authority; travel alerts and warnings; cancellation of flights by a supplier, government, or public authority; or a travel supplier's complete cessation of operations — may prevent a trip from proceeding as scheduled.
If any such circumstance prevents the trip from moving forward, we will work with our vendors to reschedule once conditions allow. Travelers will then have the option to join the rescheduled trip, with any payments made for the original trip credited toward the rescheduled trip, minus any non-refundable fees already paid by Find Your Spark LLC to vendors.
Trip Interruption
If your trip is interrupted due to a circumstance beyond our control, or your flights are canceled, no refund is available. Delays and events outside of Find Your Spark LLC's control may cause travelers to incur additional expenses — including additional hotel nights, rebooked flights, additional meals, or rescheduled entry fees. We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip interruption coverage. Explore options through Allianz Travel Insurance.
Low Enrollment
If the group size does not reach the minimum of 10 participants by October 1, 2026, the retreat may be canceled due to low enrollment. In this event, you will receive a refund of all payments made, minus $75 for administrative costs.
Passport
All travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the retreat's return date. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure their passport meets this requirement and to cover any associated fees.
Travel to Cancun
Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN), and are encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering trip delays, interruptions, and cancellations. Travelers must arrive at CUN no later than 2:00pm on Day 1 in order to make the group airport transfer to Amansala. Any travelers arriving at Tulum Airport (TQO) are responsible for transportation to and from the resort.
Statement of Responsibility / Release of Liability
By registering for Holy Present, participants acknowledge that the retreat includes physical and outdoor activities, including but not limited to yoga, a mangrove tour with kayaking, walking, and other movement-based practices, and that such activities carry inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, and release Find Your Spark LLC, its facilitators, and affiliated vendors (including Amansala Resort) from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in this retreat, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and consulting a physician if they have any health concerns prior to participation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all participants purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Allianz Travel Insurance is one option to consider.
