Many of us are on a quest to be more present and centered, and to experience more of God’s grace. We desire our relationships and work and life to be filled with wholeness and courage rather than with feelings of inadequacy or isolation. In this experiential 6-part series based on the research of Brené Brown, The Rev. Callie Swanlund (Certified Daring Way Facilitator) will guide participants in exploring ways to approach their life and vocations and relationships with greater vulnerability and courage.

Are you looking to find wholeness in your life — body, mind, and spirit — but aren’t sure the latest trends like Whole30, KonMari, or goat yoga are the right fit for you? Using the work of Brené Brown and bio-individual nutrition, we’ll lead you through four weeks of emotional and physical wellness practices that you can begin implementing right away. Your facilitators are the Rev. Callie Swanlund, Certified Daring Way Facilitator (trained in the work of Dr. Brené Brown) and the Rev. Megan Anderson, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Group Fitness Instructor.

Dates/times:

Four-week series on Mondays from 12 - 1 pm Eastern (9 - 10 am Pacific), beginning April 29, 2019; dates include: April 29, May 6, 13, and 20.
